My experience here at Movi Mente has been exceptional.🤩 I started with the hopes of stretching and core work but the owner also focused on my half “frozen” shoulder and I can see more movement than I have had in a year. I highly recommend this immaculate and very personalized facility. It has now been over a year of Pilates and I am more trim and healthy, with greater strength. I broke a knee cap and the PT was fabulous, that leg is stronger than before with full flexibility. 🥳
